13000

Last year over 7,500 toys were donated and we sold out in just two days. Join us in surpassing the 13,000 new toy mark this year so that we can host three full days of the Christmas Village Toy Store for at-risk families.

What items can be purchased?
We will have gifts for boys and girls ages 0 to 18. It is our goal to offer a variety such as games, electronics, stuffed toys, learning tools, sports equipment, CD’s, gift cards and more. The gift possibilities rely solely on the efforts of participants who purchase
toys from a Wish List.

Wish lists are categorized by gender and age group and have a list of suggested items for purchase.

Are the items new or used?
In order to provide parents with the opportunity to give the highest quality of gifts to their children, we ask that all donated toys be new and unwrapped. Please leave the price tag on the gift if one exists. We will use the retail price to help determine the new discounted price.

The Wish List opens in a new window and requires Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Why not just give the toys away?
We believe that parents derive great joy from being able to provide for their children. Fundamentally, this preserves their dignity. Purchasing toys and gifts for their children gives parents and guardians this opportunity at a price they can afford during the Christmas season. Imagine the joy of both the parent and child on Christmas morning when they have gifts under the tree – gifts parents picked out and purchased with their child in mind.

What do you do with the proceeds from the sales?
Last year we collected over 7,500 new toys for the store. Families were invited to shop for their children and were provided an opportunity to purchase new toys at a greatly reduced cost. In addition to providing Christmas for these families, the proceeds from the store went toward collegiate scholarships to deserving inner city youth and sponsoring a summer camp for homeless children.
